I will be trying to keep this webpage up-to-date. For now I’ve also listed some of Samurai_PR’s RuneLite configuration tutorials as additional information as they cover a lot of useful settings for Multilogging & RuneLite optimalisations

By configuring RuneLite the right way you can make it use a lot less of your CPU/GPU/RAM.

Decrease RuneLite’s GPU usage

Limit the framerate of inactive windows by going to FPS control>Limit unfocused. I set mine to 1 frame per second which dramatically decreases CPU & GPU usage.
You can also limit the Global FPS across all active clients if limit unfocused is ticked off or on the active client with limit unfocused ticked on.

Use the GPU plugin within RuneLite to take stress off your CPU.

Decrease RuneLite’s Memory usage

Use the 32-bit client to use about 300mb of memory instead of the 700-800mb a 64-bit client uses. I’ve noticed that my java out of memory crashes are non-existent ever since I switched to 32-bit RuneLite clients.
